- All delegates are requested to do their hotel bookings on a direct payment basis with the hotel.
- While making your reservations, please mention that you are a delegate at the ‘CII-Exim Bank Regional Conclave on India – West Asia and North Africa Project Partnership: 6 – 7 November, 2019.
- All hotel reservations are on first-cum-first-serve basis and need to be made no later than 31 October, 2019. In case of delay, room reservations are subject to availability.
- The suggested hotel to stay at is the Intercontinental Semiramis (also the event venue), Cairo, Egypt. Reservation details for the hotel are given below. Kindly ensure to make your reservations well in time.

Early check-in {subject to the hotel availability}:
For early, check in between 08:00 hrs. and 15.00 hrs, a US $40.00 supplement will apply.
For a guaranteed arrival and check-in before 08:00 hrs, please reserve the room from the night before.
Late check-out {subject to the hotel availability}
For check-outs between 12:00 hrs and 16.00 hrs a US $40.00 supplement will apply.
For check-outs between 16:00 hrs and 20.00 hrs a US $75.00 supplement will apply.
For all late departure requests after 20:00 hrs, a full night’s accommodation charge will be applied.
Cancellation and No-show Policy: No-shows will be chargeable 100% of the rate for their stay.
